HOW DOES YOUR SIZING RUN?
We work hard to ensure our clothes are a true fit. Should you be unsure, we recommend you select your usual size. Please note, if you wish to style your items in more of an oversized loose fit or tight fit, please select sizes accordingly. For more information about sizes, you can check the size guide on each product page. HOW DO I EXCHANGE AN ITEM?
Unfortunately, we don't offer exchanges, if you would like a different size please send the item back for a full refund and re-order the replacement online. You can find out more about our returns policy here.
HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?
You can return your item(s) within 14 days of purchase. Please ensure the returned item(s) are unused & unwashed with all labels still attached. You can find out more about our returns policy here.
Please note, we cannot accept returns outside of the 14 days.
International returns - Please clearly mark the package as a return for customs declaration if you are returning from outside the European Union. If items are not marked as a return and as a result, VSMINE is charged import taxes, this amount will be deducted from your order refund.

WHEN SHOULD I EXPECT MY REFUND?
We aim to process returns as soon as they are received within 3-5 working days. You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed. It will appear on your statement within 3-5 working days. Please note that some card providers can take up to 10 working days to process the funds back on to your account.
